Donations are gladly accepted throughout the year. The Albion-Homer United Way is a 501(c) 3 non-profit: your contributions are tax deductible within the confines of IRS and State tax codes. Please check with a tax professional for advice on how to take tax deductions for contributions to the Albion-Homer United Way.  


  • Checks, made payable to the Albion-Homer United Way, may be mailed to: AHUW, P.O. Box 55, Albion, MI 49224
  • Cash may be contributed, and receipted, at the AHUW office, located at 310 S. Superior St., Albion, MI 49224. Please call to confirm that someone is in the office to receive your contribution before trying to stop by. (517) 629-2645.
  • Pledges may be made to contribute to the AHUW throughout the year. You may check with your employer to see if they are willing to make payroll deductions. You may also submit pledge forms to the AHUW and we can bill you in monthly and quarterly installments. Pledge forms are available from your employer and/or by calling the AHUW office and requesting one. (517) 629-2645.
  • Credit card payments may be made safely in the AHUW office. Please call to confirm that someone is available to perform the transaction before stopping by. (517) 629-2645.
  • Online credit card payments can be made securely through the United Way Worldwide's secure online credit card processing service called Truist. To make an online donation, click the "donate" button below.

The Albion-Homer United Way Internet Privacy Policy


The Albion-Homer United Way is pleased to provide information to all of its donors and clients about its online privacy policy. Please be assured that the Albion-Homer United Way uses its best efforts to protect the privacy of visitors to this web site.

The Albion-Homer United Way only gathers personal information, such as, first and last names, home addresses, email addresses and credit card numbers, when voluntarily submitted by you. If you make an online donation, personal information will be collected from you in order to process that donation. We will also use this information to “thank you” for your contribution.

With your permission, we will use personal information collected from you to send you information, such as, the Albion-Homer United Way updates newsletter, special event invitations, and fund-raising campaigns. If you do not elect to receive such materials, we will not send them to you.

Sharing of Personal Information:

The Greater Albion Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau is engaged by the Albion-Homer United Way to perform a variety of functions for us, that includes, assisting with donation collection, providing technical services for our web sites, etc. The Chamber has access to personal information to perform such functions. However, the Chamber is only permitted to use such personal information for the purpose of performing functions for the Albion-Homer United Way and may not use it for any other purpose. Other than as provided in this privacy policy, the Albion-Homer United Way does not sell, transfer or disclose personal information to third parties.

The Albion-Homer United Way reserves the right to use or disclose any information as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request, to protect the integrity of the site, to fulfill your requests, or to cooperate in any law enforcement investigation or an investigation on a matter of public safety.
